Brief Position Overview

​The New Student Services Department is a dynamic team working together to recruit new students to Montana State University Billings. The New Student Specialist is responsible for recruiting students for both MSU Billings University and City College campuses including high school graduates, transfer students, and adult learners. New Student Specialist will create and maintain relationships with community college and high school personnel; coordinate and conduct campus visits and coordinate on and off campus programs. The New Student Specialist provides outstanding customer service, guidance, and support to prospective students and their families from their first inquiry to enrollment.
