Membership Award Nominations Open Until July 7, 2025
Each year the MPSEOC Executive Board works to find ways to recognize the outstanding contributions of our MPSEOC Membership. Brand new this year, MPSEOC plans to recognize two MPSEOC members who have gone above and beyond in their work for our institutions and Montana students with our new MPSEOC Awards.

Admission Professional of the Year - An award to recognize a professional who has contributed to the admission profession in Montana in ways that often go unnoticed. Without their contribution and service to our profession, our students and campuses would be severely impacted. Nominations will be solicited from the membership. The Admission Professional of the Year will receive a plaque honoring their contributions at the MPSEOC Summer Conference.​
Rising Star Award - This award is presented to an individual MPSEOC member with three or less years’ experience, who has made a significant contribution to higher education and our students. This recognition can be for either an important single contribution or significant multiple contributions. Nominations will be solicited from the membership. The Rising Star will receive a plaque honoring their contributions at the MPSEOC Summer Conference. ​
Support Students Award - This award is presented to an entire member campus for their overwhelming support of students and leadership in education. The Board determines the process of delivery each year for this award based on participation in this fall campaign.  This award is announced annually at the MPSEOC Membership Meeting.  Look for a more details about this year's award coming to our member's inbox in the spring each year.

NOMINATION PROCESS
If you know of someone who is deserving of this award, please submit a statement of nomination online. The nomination will ask for a letter of support for the individual being nominated including the individual’s name, title, institution, along with detail as to why you believe he or she is deserving of this recognition.

Who Can Make A Nomination?
  • Any MPSEOC Member who is a professional staff member of the admissions, new student services, or enrollment management offices of the 25 Montana institutions may nominate candidates.
Who Can Be Nominated?
  • Any professional staff member of the admissions, new student services, or enrollment management offices of any Montana university, college, community college, college of technology, or tribal college may be nominated.
  • The MPSEOC Board of Directors will be the deciding body for these awards each year.
Awards Ceremony
  • The MPSEOC Awards Ceremony and announcement of the winners will take place at our annual conference in August.
