 Here are just a few MPSEOC updates.

• MPSEOC Board of Directors Retreat – February 24-25th
  
  
  • The MPSEOC Board of Directors will be meeting for our Annual Board Retreat to review all of our events and programs and also to establish plans, goals, and details for 2014.  Your feedback, ideas, and/or comments are always welcome and encouraged.  If you have anything you would like to have shared during this meeting, please just let us know.  Many thanks for your team help to make MPSEOC the best it can be! 
    
    
• 2014 Montana Fall College Fair Tour 
  
  
• Mark your calendars!  This year’s Montana College Fair Tour will occur the last, three, full weeks of September 2014. 
  
  
  • The Eastern Montana Region will be  from September 8-11, 2014.
    
    
  • The Central Montana Region will be from September 15-18, 2014.
    
    
  • The Western Montana Region will be from September 22-25, 2014. 
    
    
• We are still finalizing details for each site, so we will keep you updated soon once each site time/location is official.
  
  
• We will be sending you a postcard and a full invitation packet in the mail within the next month.  You will also receive several  more email announcements with more details in the next few months as we approach September.  However, please just let us know if you have any questions.

 

• 2014 Summer Conference
  
  
  • Mark your calendars!  This year’s MPSEOC Summer Conference will be held in Helena within the first two weeks of August 2014.  We will be announcing the exact date shortly once all hotel confirmations are finalized.  We hope to see you at this year’s conference! 
    
    
  • If you have any speaker or topic recommendations, we would sure appreciate your ideas to help make this the best conference for you.
    

• MPSEOC Institution Representatives (Representing all 25 Montana Colleges and Universities)
  
  
• Thank you for your support and collaboration to help the MPSEOC membership connect in this new, growing way!  This is still a fairly new movement for MPSEOC, and we are still working on growing this connection and increasing ways for our membership to connect and share. 
  
  
• Next MPSEOC Institutional Representatives Meeting – If you are your Institution’s MPSEOC Representative, you will be hearing from the MPSEOC Board of Directors and MPSEOC President about the next upcoming meeting soon.

• 2013 Montana Tribal College Fair Tour (Fifth Year!!)
  
  
  • Within the last few years, this has been a fairly new collaboration with all of you and the Montana Tribal Colleges to better serve transfer and area students.  We just finished the fifth year of working with the Montana Tribal College Team to put toghether this tour that occurred the beginning of this month.  It has been so exciting to see this collaboration grow, relationships develop and strengthen, and the future potential for this great service to students.  Thank you to all of the Montana Tribal Colleges for all their hard work and successful team efforts, as well as, all of the colleges who have participated, attended, and supported these fairs.  Many thanks!

  • This is our Membership website.  It is here that we post updates, announcements, details about our events/programs, our membership directories, upcoming conferences, etc.  Please double check to make sure we have your institution’s membership listing correct @  http://www.mpseoc.org/mpseoc-member-directory.html .  Also, we appreciate your ideas and feedback very much, so please share any other ideas of what you would like to see on our membership website!

At the beginning each new year, the MPSEOC Board of Directors gather to review all of MPSEOC events and programs and also to finalize plans and goals for the current new year. 

The MPSEOC Membership are always welcome to attend any portion or share any feedback.  If you have any ideas/comments/suggestions you would like shared during this meeting, please simply let us know!
