Increased financial aid regulations are driving academic and student process requirement changes, which requires student services departments to collaborate. Loma Linda University will address three ways the offices of University Records and Financial Aid have collaborated for the benefit of the institution and the student: (1) enrollment reporting, (2) non-term registration, and (3) program withdrawal. Come hear the process of working together and of creating a system that is compliant with regulation requirements and beneficial for the student.
