It is so easy! All you have to do send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or click the link above or on the annoucnements page.
HOW IT WORKS?
1 - Once you have submitted your email, it will be added into that day's collection of announcements and emailed out the following day.
2 - We email all announcements that are made in one day together to try and eliminate the email traffic that can clog users inboxes and cause frustration.
3 - Therefore, we only send one concise, condended email once a day with all anouncements made the day before.
4- Please keep in mind that all MPSEOC subscribers will be receivng you annoucement in their personal email inbox, so please keep your announcements professional.
5- Also, anything that is in your email including attachments, signatures, etc. will all be posted.
6 - Size of Email - Keep in mind that the system will not let you submit an email that is over the size of 1MB. Therefore, if you have many large files or many pictures, this will not work for sharing. As long as you are under 1MB you should be fine with attaching a smaller file or small image file or two.
