MISSION, VISION, VALUES, & bylaw review

The last year, MPSEOC has been doing an internal check on our bylaws and policies.  We did a full check of our Bylaws with an attorney to make sure we are current and in accordance with Montana law, and the membership approved the updated bylaws linked below.
