  • This data was already sent via Google drive to your team.  A new file will be sent after fall / spring events.
  • Student Data  |  From spring and fall fair events.  This access link was sent already in a separate email to you directly for security purposes.  
    • With our annual partnership, you are approved to use this database for 1 contact of these students each quarter for the next year.  
    • Student who registered for the fall and spring events agreed on their registration form to us sharing their data with you.  
    • Contact messaging needs to be within the realm of college financial support, scholarship, financial aid, college search, or career pathway resources.

  • An Extra Special Thank You!  |  We want to send an extra special thank you to each of you for your continued team efforts, care, and dedication to still come together even with all the changes the last few years.  We are so thankful that even in challenging times we were able to still connect as partners to help students in new ways.  It was definitely a learning year for all of us, and we have missed seeing you in-person.  Above all, we could have never offered these team services without you.   We want you to know that we appreciate you and all the good work you do.

  • ​Guide Book To High Education & Other Resources   |  We would love to have you part of this annual resource once again.  |  Each partner submits a full page, full color advertisement to be printed and included in this book.  |  Deadline to submit advertisement for this year:  August 31, 2023, and we are happy to still get your team's ads into this book for fall 2023.  I believe Jeannie is working on these and will have them soon.  |  We are making some exciting new updates to this resource!  This book will be in print & online all year long.  |  More Information

  • Statewide Calendar of College & Career Events |  Open all year |  Counselors asked for an easy, one-stop location for events at the colleges and other major events across the state.  All Montana colleges are participating, and we are excited to invite our partners to post regularly too if you would like.  Let us know, and we are happy to set you up with a free account to access the calendar.  Preview Calendar
 
  • Montana Gives Back  |  All Year  |  We are excited to team across Montana to support students and educators giving back!  Counselors asked us to offer some service opportunities for students to participate and gain experience.  We listened, and we are excited to offer some new opportunities in the year ahead.  More Information
 
  • On- Campus Counselor Trainings – This in-person programming on campuses will be returning this upcoming school year! 
 
  • Use Of Our Database – With an all-year, all-program sponsorship, we allow the usage of our database of Montana students, Montana counselors, Montana high schools, and MPSEOC Members once a quarter.  This database includes names, emails, phone, and address.   Counselor Directory  |  Membership Directory  |  Student Database* - is emailed directly from our Google Drive to your email after the fall  and spring events for secure access. 
 
  • Montana Virtual Task Force  |  The last few years, we have brought together this team from our membership to continue to grow virtual offerings and services.  We are working hard to make these virtual programs grow to fit student's needs even more.  Your team is always welcome to be a part of this statewide group!  Just let us know if anyone is interested.  
 
  • Websites – Due to your sponsorship last year, your logo is still located on our homepage of our main website:  MontanaColleges.com.  We also promote your logo/organization in any way we can to connect students, counselors, parents, etc. with your great services.  If you can think of any other way that we can help your team, please let us know.
