Hi MPSEOC Excellent & Amazing Ex-Officio's!

So excited to see you for our first ever "official" MPSEOC Ex-Officio Meeting!  Yay!!  Sooooo excited!!  We are so grateful for your service to MPSEOC and your commitment to helping the organization grow in strong and healthy ways.  Beyond words, thank you for your valuable time and care.  Excited to see you next week!  Here are a few more details as we plan for this time together:

  • Hotel:  This meeting will be hosted at the Sacajawea Hotel in Three Forks, Montana.

  • Food:  As a thank you to our Ex-Officio's for this volunteer work for MPSEOC, MPSEOC will cover hotel room costs.  Lunch on Day 1 & 2.  Dinner on Day 1.  Please let us know if you need anything else however.  A very special thank you for taking time to meet!

  • July 1, 2025 @ 11:30 a.m. -  6:00 p.m.   
    • Meet at the Sacajawea Inn for the meeting, lunch, and check-in.
  • July 2, 2025 @ 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - *as needed​

  • |  Our membership is created from the 26 accredited Montana colleges and universities which estimates around 120 members. 
  • |  We also work closely with Montana's almost 200 high schools and 300 high school counselors.
  • |  We partner and work closely with many state agencies:  GEAR UP,  MUS, RHM, MDLI, OPI, AICF, TRIO, Talent Search, MASFAA, MACRAO, MSCA, MCAN, MYAP, and many more!
