COVID-19 Notice & Agreement
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against MPSEOC, hosting hotel and event venues, as well as, their respective Members, Affiliates and Vendors. Event specific policies & procedures are subject to change and will be posted to our website and emailed to registrants in the days leading up to the event.

COVID Safety Guidelines For In-Person Programming

Social distancing guidelines will be implemented to the best of our ability in room setup/spacing/etc.
Sanitizer stations will be available in conference setting.
Masks will be provided at check-in and optional depending upon personal safety choice.
For In-Person Attendees vaccination is recommended.
If you are not feeling well or exhibiting symptoms of illness (fever, etc.), we ask you not attend in-person programming and only attend virtual programming.

Refunds & Cancellation Notice

Due to expenses already accrued in planning, setup, food, supplies, technology, speakers, etc., no refunds will be made for registrations.
In the event of cancellation by the choice of MPSEOC, we will refund registrations.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond MPESOC's control (For instance: COVID restrictions, natural disasters, etc.), no refunds will be made for registrations.
